The project «Zämme Zirkus» is a day camp that takes place during the fall school break. The project unites children and young people from the Basel area, both with and without refugee backgrounds. At the end of the circus week, there is a show for parents, friends, and siblings, developed in collaboration with professional performers. The project got initiated in collaboration with families, teachers and social workers from the Dreispitz Migration Center.

«Zämme Zirkus» is a passion project of Zirkus FahrAwaY; we do not offer any other educational circus projects.

Zirkus Fahraway is sending a container with two circus tents to Palestine! The tents are going to the Palestinian Circus School in Ramallah so that even more wonderful projects and activities can take place there in various locations. One of Zirkus FahrAwaY’s goals is to bring joy to people. This time, not in form of a performance, but with tents, that will hopefully bring a lot of joy to places where there isn’t much to lough about otherwise.
